How to make Shaken Tea

Hand shaken iced tea originated from Taiwan in the early 1980’s. It was made with freshly brewed black tea, a dash of syrup, shaken in a cocktail shaker with a good amount of ice. From the cocktail shaker pours a glass of deliciously refreshing and creamy iced tea with an almost Guinness-on-tap foam on top.

Chrysanthemum Tea

Chrysanthemum tea is when the blooms of chrysanthemum flowers from the C. morifolium and C. indicum species are brewed with water. Dried chrysanthemum flowers are placed in a teapot with boiling water and steeped for several minutes until the water turns a golden yellow color.

What is Black Tea?

What is Baozhong Tea

Baozhong (包種茶), also referred to as Pouchong, is a lightly oxidized oolong tea, typically between 8%~18%, known for its vegetal and floral characteristics. The flowery notes are typically reminiscent of white lily flowers. Baozhong is considered a “green oolong” as it is grassy and oceanic, like green tea.
