Shipping & Returns

Here’s an overview of our shipping process. We ship with USPS Monday through Friday and offer local pickup at our Tea Room location, 163 West 10th Street. If you have any questions about shipping please get in contact with us at hello@tecompanytea.com.

Our cookies are baked to order to ensure freshness and orders containing snacks will not generally ship over a weekend. Sometimes delivery gets delayed, due to USPS or weather delays. Don’t fret… All of our cookies are baked to order, which means they will mostly likely be delicious when they arrive.

Please note we cannot be held responsible if the package is lost, stolen or damaged.

 

What are the shipping methods available?

We currently ship tea via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Priority Express.

USPS First Class and USPS Priority have an estimated shipping time of 1-5 days. The USPS Express estimated shipping is from 1-2 days.

Our shipping rate is dynamic and it changes based on the weight and dimensions of your order content. We offer complimentary shipping service on order within the US over $100.

If you prefer a different shipping courier for your order, please send us an email.

When will my order ship?

We’re a small team that packs all online orders ourselves, so it usually takes between 1-3 business days to process and fulfill orders. Please note that this timeline starts from the first business day after the order was placed.

We suggest selecting USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express for orders containing Pineapple Linzers or any perishable tea snacks.

Where is my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation after you place your order. Typically within 2-3 business days, you should receive another email with shipping confirmation when your order is picked up by the carrier. Your order can be tracked using the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email.

USPS First Class and USPS Priority have an estimated shipping time of 1-5 days, depending on where you are located.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you run into any problems, please contact us at hello@tecompanytea.com. We will always get back to you within 1-2 business days.

What is your return policy?

If there was an error with your order, please contact us at hello@tecompanytea.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you were not satisfied with your tea please reach out to us so we can help you find the right tea for you.

Tea Snacks

Given the perishable nature of our tea snacks, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All of our snacks are made to order. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Note that we are not accountable for shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at hello@tecompanytea.com.

There is a problem with my order!

Don’t worry! Just reply to your order confirmation email or email us at hello@tecompanytea.com and let us know what is happening. We will do our best to offer a solution.
