Welcome to the Formosa Collection, a narrated tasting adventure through each step of Taiwanese tea making. This is the perfect guided tasting set for yourself or as a gift. It's delicious and educational for colder indoor days.

We will sample a total of six wildly different teas on this journey. In the box you will find six beautifully illustrated notecards articulating each processing step with six corresponding teas. By the end of our tasting journey, you will be well versed in how Taiwanese tea is made and more importantly you will be able to identify how each processing step influences the taste of the tea. We are so excited to take you on this journey with us!
