Tis the season for jarred kumquats. Grown in California, these little pockets of sunshine are some of the most delightful tea treat we look forward to every year. We get our kumquats from California, then we wash, and cook them down with sugar. This year, we tweaked our recipe slightly, adding Seville orange, in pursuit of a more intense citrus flavor. The result? A bright, citrusy marmalade with whole syrupy kumquats and the perfect balance of sweet, tart and gentle bitterness to make you want more.
Enjoy this golden preserve over toast, put them on ice cream or yogurt for a sunny afternoon treat. You can even make a sparkling drink by combining muddled marmalade with sparkling water or prosecco. There are simply no wrong ways to eat them!

Ingredients
Kumquats, Seville oranges, sugar, water and spices.
Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts and peanuts.
Storage
Refrigerate upon opening, kumquats will remain delicious for 3 months.
