Cherry Linzer

Sour cherry is a bit of an acquired taste. It is bold, bright, and far too tart to snack on compared to its sweeter and more agreeable cousin. But once cooked down with some sugar and regular sweet cherries, that lively, tangy characteristics turns absolutely charming and irresistible. 

This summer, our limited edition linzer lets the sour cherry shine: two delicate rounds of buttery almond shortbread sandwiching a layer of its bright, juicy jam. Each one is a little burst of summer — dramatic, vibrant, tangy, and just sweet enough to reminisce.

• Cookies are sealed in individual cellophane bags

Ingredients

Flour, butter, sugar, sour cherries, cherries, eggs, almond flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and orange.

Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.

Storage

Cherry Linzers will remain fresh at room temperature for 2 weeks from the packing date, or they can be stored up to 3 weeks refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer.
