Calamansi Linzer Cookie

To celebrate the arrival of cooler weather, we are bringing a limited edition calamansi linzer. A bright and tangy take on the classic linzer that sparks joy with every citrusy bite.

We think the perfect balance of calamansi's tart sweetness makes a far more delicious Linzer, especially when the curd is sandwiched between two discs of almond shortbread, enhanced with vanilla bean, a hint of orange zest and Maldon salt, and served with a pot of oolong tea. This is the choicest treat for autumn afternoons.

• Each cookie is approximately 2.5" in diameter.
• Cookies are sealed in individual cellophane bag.

Ingredients

Flour, butter, sugar, calamansi, pineapple, eggs, almond, salt, baking powder, vanilla bean, lemon.

Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.

Storage

Calamansi Linzer will remain fresh at room temperature for 2 weeks from the packing date, or they can be stored up to 3 weeks refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer.
