Breakfast Tea Social (East Village Event)

It's Mid-Autumn Festival in the coming weeks, which means mooncakes prep is well underway in our commissary. For this month's Breakfast Tea Social, we want to take the opportunity to explore tea and mooncake pairings. Think of it like pre-season research so you know exactly how to shop for your moongazing parties.

We'll sample classic genres of tea (green, yellow, oolong of various oxidation, black, aged and herbal teas) and see which production method pairs best with mung bean or red bean paste or the new scallion mooncakes.

The ticket includes unlimited sampling of all the teas in our lineup. All of our mooncake variety will be available for purchase, including a new savory mooncake (with stewed pork!) made just for this event. We encourage you to come with a mooncake buddy so you can sample more mooncake variety as you taste through the tea.

Join us for a morning of leisurely tea and mooncakes as we officially transition into autumn.
