Black Sesame Linzer Cookie

As the weather cools and the days grow shorter, we are introducing a limited edition black sesame linzer. A darker, toastier take on the classic linzer that is as comforting as a warm cup of roasted oolong.

Two discs of black sesame cocoa shortbread are filled with a dark chocolate ganache, made with Valrhona 70% Guanaja and enriched with black sesame and peanut praline, then finished with a pinch of Maldon salt. Nutty, bittersweet, and just salty enough. It is best enjoyed alongside a pot of roasted oolong on a slow afternoon. This is the choicest treat for the long nights ahead.

Ingredients

Flour, butter, sugar, black sesame, dark chocolate, cocoa, eggs, maltose, peanuts, milk powder, salt, baking powder, vanilla.

Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.

Storage

Black Sesame Linzers will remain fresh at room temperature for 2 weeks from the packing date, or they can be stored up to 3 weeks refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer.
