This Almond Cake has been our bestselling tea cake at our tearooms for the last decade. It is made with a simple traditional recipe that's heavy on the almond, baked to golden brown on the outside but tender and luscious on the inside. The flavor is deeply almondy without being too sweet. Like we said, the perfect tea cake.
Serve it as is, with a spoonful of jam, fresh fruit, or a generous dollop of whipped cream, you can hardly go wrong. We recommend enjoying it with a pot of roasted oolong or a juicy black tea for the ultimate teatime wind down or as a dessert course for a dinner party.

Refrigerate upon receipt. Almond Cake will remain fresh at room temperature for 7 days from the packing date and can be stored up to 14 days refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer.
