Shipping & Returns
We ship using UPS & USPS, Monday through Friday, and offer local pickup at our Tea Room location: 163 West 10th Street, New York, NY 10004. We carefully prepare and pack your order one at a time, and it usually takes between 1-3 business days to process and fulfill orders

Our cookies are baked to order to ensure freshness and orders containing snacks will generally not ship over a weekend. There are times when delivery gets delayed due to our carrier or weather conditions, which we cannot control. Please note we unfortunately can't be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
What are the shipping methods available?
We currently ship via USPS First Class Package, UPS Ground, UPS 3-day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
Our shipping rate is dynamic and it changes based on the destination, weight and dimensions of your package. We offer complimentary shipping on order over $100.If you prefer a different shipping courier for your order, please send us an email.
When will my order ship?
We’re a small team that packs all online orders ourselves, so it usually takes between 1-3 business days to process and fulfill orders. Please note that this timeline starts from the first business day after the order was placed.
We suggest selecting UPS 3-day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air for orders containing Pineapple Linzers or any perishable tea snacks.
Where is my order?
You’ll receive an email confirmation after you place your order. Typically within 2-3 business days, you should receive another email with shipping confirmation when your order is picked up by the carrier. Your order can be tracked using the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If you run into any problems, please contact us at hello@tecompanytea.com. We will always get back to you within 1-2 business days.
We will always do our best to help you track down your package, but a friendly reminder that we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
What is your return policy?

If there was an error with your order, please contact us at hello@tecompanytea.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you were not satisfied with your tea please reach out to us so we can help you find the right tea for you.
Tea Snacks
Given the perishable nature of our tea snacks, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. All of our snacks are made to order. If you need to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Note that we are not accountable for shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. If you have an issue with your order, please email us at hello@tecompanytea.com.
There is a problem with my order!
