Oolong tea · low oxidation
It's a wild tea variety cultivated from a native Taiwanese tea plant, Southern Wild holds a special place in our collection.
Indigenous tea cultivars are not mainstream in Taiwan due to their wild temperament. This varietal was brought to the lowlands from Yong Kang Mountain for cultivation as a hobby by Mr. Liao. He cultivated exactly one thousand bushes, making this tea a unique find.
Notes of sweet potato and sugar cane swirl through our mouths as we sip this silky, structured oolong.
