Buddha's Hand is famous for its large leaf shape and size comparable to a human hand. This style is medium oxidized and unroasted, a rarity as the Buddha's Hand cultivar is commonly roasted throughout Taiwan.
Buddha's Hand provides a sense of calm, in the way of a peaceful garden or a quiet corner within bustling city streets. Its aroma conjures olive leaf and soft florals of white flowers and hay. With each steeping, its character changes and develops. As its palms open it displays savory notes with vegetal overlays.
