Mount Ali is a roasted oolong tea from Ali Shan, one of the best-known mountains for tea production in Taiwan. Unknown to most, it also houses the largest grove of red cypress trees, over 2,000 years old.

This Taiwanese oolong tea takes after its senior cypress neighbors: it is immediately striking. Made with the beloved milk oolong cultivar, the buttery aroma is reminiscent of French pastry.
