Sanxia Yellow

You adored the yellow tea from our bounty box in 2023, so we brought in another. Yellow tea was never a Taiwanese specialty, so consider this another experimental batch. If you have a regular green tea routine, this is a great alternative when you want to venture out of your norm. Grass notes are present but malty without the tannic sharp edges.

Made by our Canyon Green producer, this yellow tea is quiet and reserved. The bamboo-like sweetness pairs harmoniously with the hay-like aroma. We think it benefits from a slightly longer steep than your normal green tea to experience its depth of flavor.
