The gaiwan can make just about any tea. From Chinese green tea to Taiwanese oolongs to vintage pu-erh, all full-leaf teas (except for matcha) can be steeped in a gaiwan for multiple infusions. This basic gaiwan is made of porcelain and has a nicely curved lip that makes handling easier for beginners and people with smaller hands. It’s versatile and intuitive for tea lovers of all levels.
