The renowned Taiwanese black tea, also known as Jade Rouge or Red Jade, originally from Sun Moon Lake, is now taking residence in the northern mountains of Pinglin. The cooler and more humid terroir produces a softer and friendlier black tea. Still juicy and bright, this tea is made with entirely organic tea leaves and certified organic by TOC of Taiwan. The infusion retains its signature berry and menthol sweetness but is softer on the tannins. We enjoy this tea on relaxing sunny mornings, matching the warm sunshine with its smiley character to kickstart the perfect day.
In support of sustainable tea production and reducing packaging waste, the Emerald Leaf collection will only be available “boxfree.” The 2 oz / 60-gram size was packaged and shipped from origin to avoid repacking.
