Oolong tea · low oxidation · light roast

Sugar cane, preserved plum, quince

A wild tea variety cultivated from a native Taiwanese tea plant, Southern Wild holds a special place in our collection.

Indigenous tea cultivars are not mainstream in Taiwan due to their wild temperament. This varietal was brought to the lowlands from Yong Kang Mountain by Mr. Liao. He cultivated just one thousand bushes as a hobby project, making this tea a unique find.

Notes of sweet potato and sugar cane swirl through our mouths as we sip this silky, structured oolong. This low-intervention and organic tea is cool and confident. Think of it as the natural wine of teas.
