Frozen Summit Grand

This high grade of Frozen Summit comes from the same family as its counterpart and this batch is some of their best work. At the tearoom, this tea goes by the name Frozen Summit Fancy as a homage to the old way of rating teas.

The head of the family, Mr. Lin, insists that their tea be brewed in a clay pot, preferably a Yixing, to deepen the aroma.

Here, each note is elevated compared to the standard grade. We get the same toasted grain nuttiness and the woodsiness here, lifted by more intricate aromas of hazelnuts, camphor, and cedar wood.
