To celebrate the Holiday season, we're making a limited edition cranberry linzer cookie. It's our winter interpretation of this classic cookie, combining the traditional linzer format with this juicy, bright, and often overlooked fruit on the Thanksgiving table.
We think the vibrant tartness of cranberries creates something special, especially when the jam is nestled between two discs of almond and oat shortbread. Pair it with a pot of our black tea (we are partial to Blossom Dearie) for a perfect afternoon treat. Or bring them to your holiday dinner get togethers, we think it'll be a crowd-pleasing treat!

- Each cookie is approximately 2.5" in diameter.
- Cookies are sealed in individual cellophane bag.
Ingredients
Flour, butter, sugar, cranberries, eggs, pineapple, almond, oats, salt, baking powder, vanilla, lemon, orange.
Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.
Storage
Cranberry Linzer will remain fresh at room temperature for 2 weeks from the packing date, or they can be stored up to 3 weeks refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer.
