Blossom Dearie is our homage to the great jazz songwriter and pianist. Made with a rarely used cultivar from Fujian, this black tea is naturally grown in the lowlands of Hualien and is the life’s work of a family matriarch.
The tea has a voice that’s pixie sweet and elegant. Aromas of red flowers and honey grace its luxuriously silky infusion. It is rich and alluring, a song that never gets old.
