Oolong Tea · low oxidation
Mount Pyrus is a lightly oxidized, high-altitude Taiwanese oolong, meaning that it was grown over 2,000 meters above sea level.
The altitude makes the processed tea incredibly aromatic. Mount Pyrus, or Li Shan, is a mountain in Taiwan known to produce juicy pears.
This Oolong Tea is delicate and velvety with an elegant bouquet sugar snap peas and crisp apples accompanied by a drawn-out finish.
