Pineapple Linzer Cookie

The Pineapple Linzer Cookie is an interpretation of the traditional Taiwanese pineapple cake. The cookie is made with two discs of hazelnut shortbread and filled with pineapple jam. It was developed as a sweet snack to complement the tea service at Té Company's West Village tea room.

Ingredients
Flour, butter, sugar, pineapple, eggs, hazelnuts, salt, baking powder, salt, vanilla, peppers, yuzu, lime.
Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.
Storage
Pineapple Linzers will remain fresh at room temperature for 2 weeks from the packing date, or they can be stored up to three weeks refrigerated or two months in the freezer. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
