Fancy rule

2025 Sourcing Bounty is finally here! This year, we focused our sourcing efforts on Taiwan’s East Coast. Many of these towns double as havens for local artists, drawn by the region’s natural grandeur, luminous sunlight, and quiet serenity. We believe the teamakers here are artists themselves—curious, bold, and poetic. This year’s bounty, a collection of black and green teas, reflects that spirit.

The East Coast

This side of Taiwan is not a big tea producing region compared to Nantou or Chiayi, home of the high mountain oolongs. It's also not as historical as the pockets of tea origins around Taipei, i.e. Pinglin, Muzha etc. Maybe because there is less commercial pressure or maybe they are influenced by the beautiful landscape–The tea producers here do more experimentation and are more adventurous in their attempt in making new tea styles. They even give their teas more poetic names!

The Bounty

Unlike the last two years, this year’s bounty box focuses more on comparative tasting instead of sampling distinctively unique tea styles. The box features two tasting series in black and green tea (surprise- no oolong tea in the box this year!). For those who wanted smaller tasting experiences, we also added two mini tastings experiences to explore what roasting and aging taste like.

Take a look at all the goodies here and pick your favorite. We hope you enjoy! Happy bounty sipping!
