Strawberry Rhubarb Linzer

Berry season is upon us, which means summer has arrived. We've been quietly previewing this delicious limited-edition Strawberry Rhubarb Linzer at our tearooms in the last few weeks in celebration of warm weather. They are now ready and available to ship!

The fragrant and sweet strawberry jam is balanced by tangy earthiness of the rhubarb, a nostalgic early summer treat especially when the nestled between two discs of almond shortbread. Pair it with a cold brew iced tea or a tasting experience from our spring sourcing bounty for the perfect summer afternoon treat.

• Each cookie is approximately 2.5" in diameter
• Cookies are sealed in individual cellophane bags

Ingredients

Flour, butter, sugar, strawberry, rhubarb, pineapple, eggs, almonds, salt, baking powder, salt, vanilla, orange.

Produced in a facility that processes wheat, milk, egg, soy, tree nuts, & peanuts.

Storage

Strawberry Rhubarb Linzers will remain fresh at room temperature for 2 weeks from the packing date, or they can be stored up to 3 weeks refrigerated or 2 months in the freezer.
