COVID-19 Shipping Update

Due to severe COVID-19 outbreak in NYC, our shipping timeline is impacted. In an effort to protect our staff, orders are now being processed every 3-4 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Order value exceed $100 will ship via USPS for free!

Where do you ship?

We only ship to addresses within United States at this time. Apologies to our friends who live abroad.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-4 business days, starting from the first business day after when the order was placed. 

Orders containing perishable items (Pineapple linzers & tea snacks) will ship out Tuesday ~ Thursday. We do not ship perishables between Friday ~ Monday.

We suggest selecting USPS Priority Shipping for orders containing Pineapple Linzers or any perishable tea snacks for 2-3 business day delivery.

For order value exceeds $100, we will ship your order for free using USPS Ground, except for orders containing Pineapple Linzers, which will ship free via USPS Priority.

How much does shipping & handling cost?

We charge a flat rate of $4.50 for USPS Ground Shipping & $8 for USPS Priority shipping. Order value exceeds $100 ships for free!

For order value exceeds $100, we will ship your order for free using USPS Ground, except for orders containing Pineapple Linzers, which will ship free via USPS Priority.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you believe you have a unique circumstance, please email us at hello@tecompanytea.com.

Where can I find my tracking information?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. Please note that tracking links generally need around 24 business hours to generate.

My package was lost or stolen. What do I do?

Unfortunately we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen merchandise in transit at this time. Please contact your local USPS for additional tracking support. Apologies for the inconveniences.
