The time between Halloween and Thanksgiving is when everything takes on a pumpkin hue. We see pumpkin salted caramel, pumpkin banana muffins, pumpkin pancakes, and of course, the much-anticipated Pumpkin Spice Latte (or something resembles one) making its annual mark at every coffee shop.
Last year, we followed the PSL crowd with this seasonal pumpkin linzer and it brought nothing but pure autumnal joy. Two spiced shortbreads filled with creamy pumpkin caramel - think of this as a personal pumpkin pie in cookie form that's almost guilt free. Plan ahead and order them for this year's Thanksgiving gathering or get them as an addition to your holiday pineapple linzer haul. You will be the party favorite by bringing the most original and delicious pumpkin treats.

Ingredients
Flour, butter, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, almond, cream cheese, maltose, salt, baking powder, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, white pepper, nutmeg.

Storage
Pumpkin Linzers will remain fresh at room temperature for 14 days from the packing date, or they can be stored up to three weeks refrigerated or two months in the freezer. We are not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
