Frozen Summit Grand
The higher grade of Frozen Summit (Dong Ding Oolong) comes from the same family as its counterpart and this batch is some of their best work. The aroma of cedarwood drifts out of the teacup as we taste hazelnuts and camphor, followed by a long, chewy finish. The head of the family, Mr. Lin, insists their tea be brewed in a clay pot, and preferably an Yixing, to deepen the aroma.
