Black Peppercorn, sea-grass, and sun-dried tomato
White Tea · medium oxidation
Like many of the teas from Green Sanctuary, this unusual Taiwanese white tea rewards the open-minded.
Harvested from purple tea leaves in Pinglin by Buddhist monks, this experimental tea is a departure from other white teas in taste and character.
This White Tea carries savory notes of black pepper and seagrass. For all its boldness, its finish is light.
