Flavor Profile

Aged oak, dark chocolate, raspberries

Oolong tea · medium oxidation · dark roast

The name of this tea comes from the uncommonly large size of the tea leaves which can be nearly the size of a palm before they are rolled. This roasted Buddha’s Hand Tea it's an Oolong tea and a classic style of its cultivar.

Drinking the roasted version of this tea is like curling up with a warm blanket by a fireplace in the woods upstate. Warming and full-bodied, we taste fresh cedarwood, cacao nibs, and fennel.

Like arriving at your favorite getaway, this tea is immediately comforting no matter the season.
